Refund policy

Non-personalized or stock items can be returned in their original condition and packaging for a refund within 15 fifteen days of purchase. Before sending your items back, please contact us first for a return material authorization number. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any shipping charges assessed are non-refundable. The restocking fee and shipping charges will be deducted from the credit issued back to credit cards and/or any check refunds that are issued as a result of the return before the credit is issued. The amount of the credit will be less the restocking fee and applicable shipping and credit card charges. Refunds will be processed in the manner of the original payment unless arranged otherwise by us.

Personalized Items – We do not accept returns or refunds on personalized items. If there is an error on engraving or other personalization method utilized, that is due to an error on our part, please email us with a picture of the error and/or description of the problem and we will assist you in correcting your order within 15 days after the date your order was shipped or delivered. We will make any corrections at our expense with like or similar item as may be available. Custom orders will be submitted to the customer as a design proof via a PDF or other image format through e-mail. Customer must sign off on the design proof before any engraving or personalization will be performed. Please ensure you return the design proofs to our company as quickly as possible as to not delay processing your order.

NOTES : WYSWYG “What you see is what you get”, black areas of a design proof are the etched areas, and white areas of the design are clear or un-etched areas. Any spelling errors on the customer’s part are the responsibility of the customer. - We can only engrave what we are asked to engrave and as a general policy, we do not proof, or spell check text submitted by a customer as there are valid reasons to mis-spell certain words, names etc. We take every order personally and make every attempt to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, however, things happen beyond our control with supply chain shortages, Acts of God, etc. Should an item become unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you as soon as we are made aware of the delay, and you will have the option to either wait for the item to become available, select another in-stock item or request a refund in full. As most of our products are fragile in nature and “Stuff Happens”, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery and will not be subject to back charges, fees for items arriving broken or not in time for an event or special occasion.
